The acquisition of ZnO nanoparticles with nanoparticle size was confirmed using XRD tests. Zeta Potential (Z.P.) tests showed that the prepared nanoparticles were electrically unstable. The prepared particles were used to remove the dissolved solvent (phenol) in the water resulting from many industries.
