Pearson correlation has been used to study the relationship between career anchor and job satisfaction and it have shown that the type of career anchors have positive impact on employee job satisfaction. Apart from that, the limitations and implications of the study to job satisfaction, methodology and practitioners are enhancing for future exploration.
