This study is a study Fortress Building Conservation Management Emma in Kanowit. This study aimed to identify the conversation proces has been carried out to ensure maintenance of the structure, design and architecture of the forts Emma.Therefore, this study aimed to identify the conversation project opreration and the conversation process applied in the conservation of Fort Emma project. The study also highlight the importance of the new developement of Fort Emma as a heritage museum in Kanowit. This study was conducted using qualitative interviewing 3 intel expert in that field. The implications of this study found Emma Kubu building conservation is important to ensure that the heritage buildings in the state continue to be protected from being threatened with destruction and lost.
