Summary:This study aims to produce works of contemporary photography 2-dimensional (2D) to form 3-dimensional (3D). Here, the researchers applied the technique of depth of field in photography to be emphasized to the public to better understand this technique more easily. In this study, researchers identify, analyze and apply effective methods to produce works of photography depth of field on different shapes to be understood by the observer. Next, through a study reference works of artists, researchers adopted a formalistic terms of technique and processing idea has been identified and the potential to produce depth of field photography. In addition, from a medium was also studied through experimentation to see the potential and effects to create a depth of field through an approach that is able to pull to the observer to understand the depth of field photography technique that is produced in the form of 3-dimensional (3D).
