In emergency case, it is important to be able to know the location of the breakdown site and the type of service needed to assist. This is to reduce time consuming looking for the right person to deliver the assistance. Therefore, Road-Go is proposed with emphasizing this two elements where it is expected to help in time efficiency upon request a service.
