The selected factors were family responsibilities and financial issues. A total of 76 women employees who work in manufacturing industry were selected using purposive random sampling to participate in this study by answering the set of questionnaires distributed via Google form. The data were recorded and analyzed by using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The tests involved in this study were Pearson Correlation and Multiple Regression to test the hypothesis of this study. Findings of the study revealed that the respondents showed positive responds toward career transition. However, the result showed that both of the factors are not significant towards career transition. Hence, the recommendations for this study were proposed in terms of future researchers, human resource practitioners and organizations for the purpose of future research.
