Data collected is analysed by employing descriptive statistic, reliability analysis, Pearson correlation and multiple linear regressions. In this research, Pearson Correlation shows the five SERVQUAL dimensions have positive relationship with the parent satisfaction. The multiple linear regressions is used to predict the impact of independent variable on dependent variable in order to explore the best predictors of parents' satisfaction out of the five dimensions in SERVQUAL. In a nutshell, empathy is the most significant and dominant in this research.
