Tus, there has been a major spotlight on renewable energy such as solar energy. An integration of PV Panels and thermal system is one of the ways creative methods to get the best out of the system. Working fluid such as air and water that flow within or at the outer surface of the system tend to regulate the temperature in order to achieve best performance. Whilst water is a commonly used working fluid, incredibly cheap, and available in surplus it has been a go to working fluid all these years. Research though are constantly investigated in order to break away from a primitive method. In the bid to increase performance, nanofluid has surfaced as a method to boost up thermal performance of photovoltaic thermal system (PVT) in recent times. In this numerical investigation, the performance of Alumina- Aluminum nitride with water as base organic solvent (hybrid nanofluid) is examined thoroughly and put in contrast to water to exhibit a contest of a better alternative. ANSYS FLUENT 18.1 has been used in order to run the simulation and the justifications for each of the use of parameter is explained. At inlet velocity 0.23 , hybrid nanofluid amassed 9.8% better heat transfer coefficient value, and at a heat flux of 1000, the system that utilize hybrid nanofluid was able to reduce 0.6% of the entire system’s temperature. 2023-05-03T15:19:00Z 2023-05-03T15:19:00Z 2020-09 https://irepository.uniten.edu.my/handle/123456789/20759 application/pdf
