The work is concentrated in estimating the ballistic limit, maximum energy absorption, composite failure mode, life time rupture, target geometry and environment effect. The results of developed green combat armor indicated that the maximum ballistic limit at impact speed is 623.97 m/s of 15 mm target thickness and 837 m/s of target thickness arrived to 25 mm. The targets have improved in the impact respond with increasing in the relative humidity in the range of 50% ± 20% whereby relatively reduce of resistance with increasing of temperature.
