الملخص
الشيخ محمد إدريس المربوي -رحمه الله- من أحد كبار العلماء والمحدثين البارزين في ماليزيا، حيث يشار إليه بالبنان في جهوده الكبيرة والمتميزة في خدمة السنة النبوية بلغة الملايو. وقد أفنى الشيخ إدريس المربوي أكثر حياته في النهوض بسكان أرخبيل الملايو دينيا وعلميا وفكريا، حيث ألّف العديد من المؤلفات في الثقافة واللغة والعلوم الإسلاميّة، ومن أشهر مؤلفاته "بحر الماذي شرح مختصر صحيح الترمذي"، يعد هذا الكتاب من أكبر وأهم الشروح على كتب الحديث باللغة الملايوية.
