Summary: | This study purports to explore the perception of the undergraduates on shariah audit (SA) in the Islamic Banks in Malaysia. Our findings suggest that there is significant difference between students being exposed to SA's course and those who have not. The study contributes to the body of knowledge as there is dearth of Islamic literature on SA. It can also result in positive implication to the management or policy makers of the institution of higher learning in Malaysia in imparting SA as part of course offered to their students and contributing to produce potential future shariah auditor in the industry.Crown Copyright (C) 2014 Published by Elsevier Ltd. |
