Potensi tinggi gentian kenaf digabungkan dengan struktur baru tikar gentian anyaman dan bukan anyaman diperkuatkan dengan resin epoksi melalui proses ‘hand lay-up’. Reka bentuk kombinasi susunan dengan corak lapisan yang berbeza daripada anyaman dan bukan anyaman sebagai komposit tiga lapisan telah dikaji.
