Si thin film solar cell on PET substrate was fabricated by depositing Aluminum (Al) thin film (440 nm) as back contact, Al-Si alloy thin film (1 µm) as absorber layer, Sb-Si allloy thin film (120 nm) as emitter and Silver (Ag) front contact.
