The idea of utilizing the existing inverse properties of ground soil has been initiated in this research. The ground soil which intimates human body, has reverse actions over temperature of inner and outer regions. The research utilizes the ground properties with a specially designed evacuation and control system to provide conditioned air for basic type accommodation in order to provide comfort cooling zone in most economical method.
