Summary: | This study aims to investigate the relationship of transformational leadership on job performance among government agency support staff in the southern region of Malaysia. Transformational leadership was measured by Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ), while job performance was assessed by Individual Work Performance Questionnaire (IWPQ). Data for this study were collected from 120 government agency support staff in the southern region of Malaysia. The findings show that the level of transformational leadership was found high while the level of job performance was found moderate.
