In this paper, we proposed an approach to obtain spleen ultrasound image and perform image quality enhancement so that the image of spleen is clearer and easier to analyze. The used method is Region of Interest based image filtering using a MATLAB. The Graphical User Interface (GUI) of the work is also created to have user friendly analysis. This approach is really suitable for new learners to learn one of the biomedical image processing techniques.
