In this study, two main factors related to the e-learning CSFs within a university environment including technological and student factors were examined. The factors were tested by surveying 450 undergraduate students at the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. The results revealed that internet browsing speed and instructor participation in discussion groups are most critical factors for e-learning.
