Increased numbers of data security breaches have caused concern over the humans’ role as the different users in security of HIS. Since many human errors or failures in all information systems (IS) can be prevented with education and training, this study tries to investigate the effects of education and training on significant human factors in HIS security. This paper also proceeds in describing how the data was collected. Secondary data resources are used in highlighting the security culture and security awareness of users as the significant factors for the implementation of security effectiveness in the healthcare domain.
