Description
Summary:The use of computer simulation in training plant personnel and thus improving plant operational efficiency is presented in this paper. Traditional operator training methods are extremely costly. A microcomputer based simulator is a more cost effective option. A further benefit is that computer-based training (CBT) requires precise instructional objectives and criteria for mastery with appropriate remedial studies for trainees failing to achieve the required level.
