To elicit the response from nurses a questionnaire was used. Findings of present study revealed that organizational justice is negatively influenced the workplace deviance, while organizational justice positively correlated with job satisfaction. Present research highlights the valuable role of organizational justice in reduction of deviant behavior and increases the level of satisfaction among nurses at workplace.
