The air fed or oxygen is bombarded inside chamber that is constructed by a planar type chamber using double aluminum mesh on a metal plate and a double mica sheet as dielectric material. The power converter utilizes the class E parallel resonant converter operated at 39 kHz and maximum voltage 3 kV peak to peak The system is able to produced ozone product more than 150 ppm.
