High surface area and cation exchange capacity of zeolite type clinoptilolite was used as carrier to control ammonium release. In this study, the effect of ammoniumclinoptilolite (zeolite pre-load with ammonium (NH4+)) on Amaranthus gangeticus growth was studied.
