Based on previous studies, self regulation learning strategy is usually applied in second language subjects, comprehension task, reading, spelling, Mathematics, and also writing. However, regulation in online learning is difficult to establish hence less studies were found exploring this area. The purpose of this paper is to underline the importance of self regulation in online learning.
