Description
Summary:The effect of Newtonian heating on unsteady magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) free convection flow of second grade fluid over an oscillating vertical plate with radiative heat transfer is studied. The partial differential equation is modelled with some physical conditions. An appropriate dimensionless variables are employed to the governing equations and their solutions are obtained in a closed form using Laplace transform technique. Graphical results of involved parameters for velocity, temperature and concentration profiles are displayed and discussed. The important finding in this study are the Newtonian heating acts as boosting agent in velocity and temperature distribution whereas the magnetic field tends to retards the fluid flow.
