Summary:21st Century Learning is the new style of learning which aims to enhance the current education system and to develope students who possess higher order thinking skills and proficient in Information and Communications Technology (ICT). This study was conducted to identify the effectiveness of using m-learning android apps for building courses. Therefore, m-learning using android app has been developed for T&L's purpose in the classroom and thus to identify its effects on the students. This study used quantitative methods and 30 respondents involved in this study. The results showed that students responded positively during the T&L process and the learning environment became more interesting and fun. The effectiveness of the android app in smartphones is now more attractive and user-friendly has made it something that is the choice of all society. In addition, it is also easy to use and able to be owned by society especially students. It is hoped that the android application of m-learning can attract the student’s interest and assist them to study the topic in this Module in a better and more effective way.
