Researchers have constantly worked to provide the patient with the best tool. At the time, patients had the option to use a wheelchair only, but now exoskeletons were introduced and proved as planned to have been successful. However, the use of wheelchair have never been brought down, in fact, the wheelchair that we all known are evolving into something fresh and new due to the effort of researchers applying new technology. Since a new idea for wheelchairs has been proposed, we conducted a systematic mapping study (SMS) on features introduced by researchers on wheelchairs. We identified 41 papers coming from conferences, symposium, workshops and journals. A total of 13 features exist in wheelchairs are identified. We present a qualitative analysis of the wheelchair, an overview on features for wheelchairs. 2020 Conference or Workshop Item PeerReviewed application/pdf en http://eprints.utm.my/id/eprint/93610/1/DayangNorhayati2020_IndoorSmartWheelchairSystematicMapping.pdf Irsyad Kamil, R.
