They need a good strategy to be flexible, agile is the best strategy for this problem. Supply chain is one of the important part of manufacturing, in the automobile industry they should have a good suppliers to answer any change in the product line. In Iran the suppliers of Automobile industries have a problem to be flexible and fast to answer the product line’s change. In this study, the important factors for agile supply chain in Iranian Automobile industries introduced. This factors selected based on experts’ opinion and analyzed by fuzzy Delphi method. The results indicated that Daily P.O.S feedback is the important factors for Iranian automobile industries. |
