Innovation is one of the focus areas where airports has continuously practiced in making sure improvements in efficiency, optimization of resources and increase productivity are in place. The airport industry has seen a lot of innovation in past years. As airports seek to increase safety and security, the focus on digital transformation, automation, and efficiency has intensified. It is no exception for Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (MAHB). MAHB's plans on digital transformation is executed by embarking on the Airports 4.0 initiative.
