Description
Summary:The ability of geophysical technique in mapping the subsurface bedrock has long been recognized in the engineering field. In most cases the seismic refraction investigating method were used. This technique has proven itself to be very effectiv e in area where the subsurface interface is relatively simple such as the granite bedrock over lain by the weathered layer. In area where the interface is complicated such as in karst topogr aphy, a more complicated survey technique is needed.
