Summary: | Knowledge sharing is the key to successful implementation of knowledge management. This is the reasons that why over the year’s researchers have focused on various aspects of knowledge sharing. This paper reviews the important factors so far discussed by various authors in their studies and considered them very crucial for knowledge sharing. Besides reviewing, some new factors are also included in this study. Factors which are discussed in this study are organizational structure, organizational climate, organizational size, Information Technology, rewards, stressors and job. This paper can give readers an understanding of knowledge sharing and its factors. |
