Summary:The practices of safety management in an organized that is not organized and systematic is one of the contributing factors to the occurrence of workplace accidents. In this regard, this study aims to study the relationship between safety management practices and occupational safety behaviors. The five dimensions of safety management practices are management commitment, safety training, safety employee engagement, safety rules and procedures and safety knowledge policies. Meanwhile, the dimensions of safety behavior are safety compliance and safety participant. To achieve the objectives of the study, a total of 80 sets of questionnaires were distributed to all employees at Kolej Kemahiran Tinggi MARA Ledang, Johor. Statistical Package for Version 21.0 (SPSS) is used to generate and analyze collected data. In summary, the study found that there was a significant positive correlation between management commitment, safety training and safety employee engagement with safety compliance and safety participation, while for safety rules and procedures dimensions, only had a significant relationship with safety participation but not with safety compliance. On the other hand, the dimension of safety knowledge has no significant relationship with safety behavior. The implications of this study have been of great benefit to Kolej Kemahiran Tinggi MARA Ledang, Johor in improving the level of safety management and safety of employees in the workplace. By improving safety management in the workplace, the Kolej Kemahiran Tinggi MARA Ledang, Johor can reduce the risk, injury and cost of accidents and thus lead to zero target accidents at the Kolej Kemahiran Tinggi MARA Ledang, Johor.
