The survey of this research involved 500 respondents among staff nurses in IJNSB. Self-administrative question was applied for data collection among respondents. The raw data was analyzed by SPSS version 22 and descriptive and inferential analysis was conducted to fulfil the objective of the research. Regression analysis revealed that there is a significant relationship towards turnover intention among staff nurses in IJNSB which is mental health, job burnout and pay satisfaction. It is hope this research will support to identify other HR Practices features contributing to turnover intention among staff nurses in IJNSB.
