Summary: | Many enterprise managers have conducted research on enterprise members, but have yet to invest too much attention in project teams. The main purpose of this study is to determine how the success of a project team depends on various influencing factors, such as the ability and leadership art of the project manager, the personal abilities of team members, clear project goals, project team culture, and appropriate incentive systems, which contribute to the success of the project team. Therefore, this study has five objectives: i) the relationship between the project manager's leadership and ability and the success of project teams, ii) The relationship between the personal abilities of team members and project team success , iii) The relationship between clear project goals and project team success , iv) The relationship between project team culture and project team success, v) The relationship between appropriate incentive systems and project team success. In order to investigate the correlation between variables, a total of 58 questionnaires were collected from project team managers, and multiple regression methods were used to answer and analyze all questions. The research results indicate that the project manager's leadership and ability, personal abilities of team members, clear project goals, project team culture, and appropriate incentive systems directly promote the success of project teams. This study also includes suggestions for future research. |
