application software supplied to the school. Beside that, comparison on the skill and attitude between female and male school administrators is also done. The study was a
descriptive study. The study is made on 20 “Sekolah Kebangsaan” in the district of Padang Terap involving a total of 80 samples. They consist of Headmasters and Senior
Assistants. Only 72 sets of questionnaires were successfully collected back from respondents. Descriptive analysis has been done to analyze the data collected. The
results show that there are two factors that hinder the utilization of IT facilities in school Management. The factors were the skill and training. The comparison of the skill between the female and male school administrators showed that the male had slightly higher skill compare to the female administrators. Beside that, the comparison of the attitude between the female and male school administrators showed that there was no visible difference between them. |
