Summary: | The objective of this research is to evaluate and determine the factors related to entrepreneur achievement among entrepreneur guided by MADA. This study capitalized the survey method where a total of 150 questionnaires were distributed, 112 questionnaires were returned with a 74.66% return rate but only 100 questionnaires were fully completed by the respondent and used in this study. The descriptive analysis was conducted to determine the frequencies and percentages whereas Pearson Correlation and Multiple Regression were used to evaluate the relationship
of independent variables and the dependent variables. The independent variables are self-efficiency factors with elements of attitudes, skills, interest, knowledge and technology, and environmental factors with elements of external and internal environment. The dependent variable was entrepreneurs' achievement. The data was analyzed using the SPSS software, version 14.0. The finding from this study indicated that there were significant relationships between attitude, skills, interest, knowledge, technology, external environment and internal environment with entrepreneur achievement under MADA. The result provided some basic foundations to support future MADA management and entrepreneurship development programs. |
