This is one way towards information technology usage and to accomplish profesional working style among OSC personnel. "Evolution Prototype" methodology was used throughout the system development and it was developed using Microsoft Frontpage 2003 software with Programming Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) as the programming language. This system provide services such as customer information, troubleshooting problems (customer's Ping and Traceroute), access through router, check and generate report in addition.
