A total of 398 Customs officers in Malaysia participated in this study. The study used SPSS 22.0 to analyze the data. The methodology used in this research is method descriptive that involves the use of frequencies and percentages for analyzing the demographics of respondents. The two main data analysis techniques, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were used to verify the hypotheses. The Pearson correlation analysis confirmed a significant relationship between independent variables and dependent variable. Individual factors (interpersonal and skills) have positive relationship with emotional stability while organizational factors (workload and organization procedures) have negative relationship with emotional stability. Analysis of standard multiple regression shows that interpersonal, skills, workload and organization procedures effect 68.4 percent of emotional stability.
