As with individual performance, group performance is a vital determinant and frequently used indicator of organizational outcome.Therefore, the team performance is among employees is central to secure sustainability in an arrangement.To accomplish this purpose, the organization should emphasis on the right leadership style practices. This paper completes to intend a study of transformational leadership style on team performance in the Malaysian public organizations.
