wellness at work.This research examined the relationship between correctional officers’ wellness, their personality and occupational stress in Prison Department of Malaysia.Pertinent question of the study was to look at influence of
correctional officers’ personality and occupational stress on their wellness degree.
These findings were significant since correctional officers’ wellness, their personality and occupational stress remained loose issue particularly in Malaysia.Findings revealed that personality and occupational stress influenced correctional officers’ health and well being. |
