Summary:This study explores the corporate culture strategic implemented by human resource manager to address those culture differences at the parent company, subsidiary company and individual. Semi-structured interviews are conducted with 8 HR managers in Indonesia.The corporate culture strategic include the degree of standardization of HR, industrial relationship, and geographic differences.To implement a corporate culture strategy in HR practice, the managers encourage stronger partnerships with the subsidiaries company, standardization of HRM practice, paying closer attention to changes in labor laws, cultural training and development, leadership development, and cultural awareness.
