Leaders’ emotions are deemed important as key elements of effective leadership. Leaders attempt to manage their emotions when interacting with their followers, and these emotions ultimately influence their wellbeing and attitudes. Perceived organizational justice is also proposed as an important factor that might intervene this relationship.
