Softs skills also play a major role during social interaction in the society as well as maintaining a successful career. A collaborative board game has been developed in order to enable student to polish their soft skills in a non-threatening environment. The board game architecture includes activities and processes that occur in a normal hotel operation which permit players negotiate among themselves as to solve problems and capture certain opportunities. The board game architecture also guides the development of the board game while enforcing the element of learning by doing towards the implementation of game-based learning. Therefore the implementation of hands-on training can be done using a tangible problem space in an entertaining exercise.
