Description
Summary:There has been a tremendous effort in creating awareness and to increase the number of establishments with green practices in hotel. This is due to undeniable negative environmental impacts derived from hotel activities. Therefore, hotels are grabbing this opportunity to preserve the environment and at the same time, they are reaping benefits from the green practices. This study investigated how consumer’s behavioural intentions toward green practices at hotel are related to determinants within Theory of Planned Behaviour (TBP) such as attitudes, subjective norms and perceived behaviour control. Environmental attitude is included as an additional determinant to the TPB.
