Description
Summary:Simulation is the act of reproducing the behavior of a system using a model that describes the operations of the system. Once the model has been developed, the analyst can manipulate certain variables to measure the effects of changes on the operating characteristics of interest. This project will presents a simulation model of the out-patient flow in Jitra Health Center during one week's observation. Focuses of this project are to determine the bottlenecks for outpatient at the center, and the effect of number of doctors and patient's arrival pattern on the waiting time.
