The purpose of this project is to see whether skill, training and courses, and attitude are the factors that hinder the school Headmasters and Senior Assistants to utilized the ICT facilities in managing the school to compare the skill and attitude between female and male school administrator.The study made is a descriptive study. The study is made on 20 “Sekolah Kebangsaan” in the district of Padang Terap involving the total of 72 respondents consists of Headmaster and Senior Assistants. Descriptive analysis has been done see the frequency, percentage and mean. The results shows that there are two factors that hinder the utilization of IT facilities in school Management that is skill and training.The comparison of the skill between the female and male school administrators show that the male had slightly higher skill compare to female. Beside that,The comparison of the attitude between the female and male school administrators show that there is no visible difference between them.
