| Summary: | The principles of this method are based on the HCG present in the pregnat women's urine which is able to retard the lectin activation in the lectin activation in the reaction hemagglutinating of red blood cells and can be detected by normal eyes. Therefore, this method has high sensitivity and accuraly and may be used to detect preguance early (about 7-10days after insemination). Besides, accordings to the amout of HCG in urine and strange trances in the lectin reaction, we can identify the age of the foetus, its good bad conditons. On that bases, we can precribe medicime for miscarriage of propose a method to perform a simple and effective abortion, which as a little affect on women's health. |
