Therefore, protection of intellectual property rights is urgent and important in the process of integration into the world economy, and Vietnam is not out of the process. The author defines and analyzes the basic principles of TRIPS Agreement. In addition, the author points out that inappropriate Vietnamese regulations and laws affect the effectiveness of IPR enforcement in relation to the TRIPS Agreement. |
