The paper focused on investigating the reality of HRM performance and determining the main elements of HRM applied at Sunjin Vietnam JVC as well as the importance level of factors in achieving effectiveness of HRM performance in there. The study also examined the impact of these factors on the effectiveness of company’s HRM performance. Base on survey results and evaluating the impact degree of the factors, the paper provided valuable suggestions and recommendations to Sunjin Vietnam JVC which can improve its HRM activities.
