الملخص:Dealing with the current status of training and development of managerial human resources, there are many shortcomings and negative impacts on the quality of human resources of enterprises in particular as well as the competitive advantages of domestic and foreign trade. In general, seriously considering the reality in order to overcome and quicky provide optimal solutions for SMEs is extremely urgent. To help improve this situation, a number of international experiences in managerial human resources training are given for us to seek and find suitable paths for Vietnam.
