| Summary: | In theory, the Dissertation has identified the theoretical framework for the evaluation and classification based on the Party's policies and guidelines, the State's laws, views and orientations on the use of human resources of Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group. Regarding the situation, the Dissertation has analyzed and evaluated the current situation of human resource use at VNPT Tuyen Quang in the period of 2016-2018. Regarding solutions, Thesis has made recommendations to improve the effective use of human resources at VNPT Tuyen Quang in the period up to 2025. Due to limited research time, the thesis cannot avoid limitations. Looking forward to the comments of the scientists for the thesis to be completed. |
